Violin Lab Malta

Based in Rabat, the aptly named Violin Lab is a school of violin that is committed to promoting musical education and employ widely regarded techniques, scales and methods in constructing repertoire efficiently and effectively towards building a career in music and violin playing together. As well as tuition, the school offers practice sessions along with coaching on overcoming performance anxiety and to maintain motivation for efficient practice.  These issues are dealt with in the form of monthly lectures by Mr. Andrew Fiorini – Lowell who is a Life-Coaching Professional tutor and Lecturer, with a focus on Psycho-Social areas supporting students holistic and mental health well-being. As a seasoned musician himself, he plays both the acoustic and electric violin and performs locally on a regular basis.

In the past Andrew trained under the guidance of violin tutors Mrs. Helen De Gabriele and Ms. Isabelle Galea and today receives professional mentoring and tutoring from Mr. Eric Bugeja in violin technique and performance.

In his profession Andrew has used and still uses music as a therapeutic means to bring out the best in young people and help them to reach their potential.
